Nicole (Nikki) Griffin was born on April 16, 1978 in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Although she has had some small acting parts over the last few years, she has recently been given the role of Katie Johnson in the upcoming movie Dukes of Hazzard starring Jessica Simpson and Johnny Knoxville.
